10 Starbucks Drinks Under 100 Calories

Hi, my name is Naomi and I LOVE coffee.

One thing you may not know about me is I worked in the coffee business for over 15 years.

One of the benefits from that is I know how to make all the fancy drinks. There are endless ways to create amazing recipes for the most delicious beverage, but unfortunately those are usually packed with unwanted calories that can add up and keep you from reaching your health and fitness goals.

Don’t you even worry.

You can have your coffee and drink it too.

I put together a list of drinks I have PERSONALLY ordered at Starbucks that won’t break the calorie bank.

*I go back and forth between consuming dairy products and dairy alternatives. Below are options for both. A non dairy option can be subsituted for any of the following if you are dairy free.

**I rarely drink sugar free syrups, but I have included those in the following list as things I HAVE ordered and will still order every once in a while.

10 DRINKS AROUND 100 CALORIES OR LESS:

*Based on a (Grande) 16oz size unless specified.

  1. Nonfat Latte Add an extra shot of espresso, extra foam, Cinnamon sprinkles on top. (90 cal)
  2. Cascara Cold Brew No Vanilla or sub Sf Vanilla, 2 ounces of Soy. (80 cal)
  3. Iced Coffee: Add 1 pump skinny Mocha, 2 ounces of Almond milk. (80 cal)
  4. Blonde Americano (Hot or Iced): Add an extra shot of espresso, 2 ounces of Soy- if you’re ordering it hot ask for steamed foamy soy, top with Vanilla and Cinnamon sprinkles. (50 cal)
  5. Venti Iced Passion Tea Ok, not a coffee drink; but when you want something caffeine free and refreshing order this and make these adjustments -> Order unsweetened, add 1-2 packets of Stevia, 2 ounces of Coconut Milk. (40 cal)
  6. Tall Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte Add an extra shot of espresso, extra sprinkles. (90 cal)
  7. Quad Shot of Espresso When I’m really tired (because Mom life!) this is my go to drink: Quad shot of Blonde Espresso, in a Venti cup over ice, 2-3 tablespoons of cream, with ice to the top. (40-50 cal)
  8. Doppio Con Panna Say what? This is a double shot of espresso in a short cup with whip cream on top. This is one of my favorite ways to get a quick caffeine fix first thing in the morning if I’m doing fasted cardio and need a quick burst of energy. The small amount of whip cream is just enough to take the bite off of the plain espresso without adding too many calories. If you can’t handle the strait espresso request a Stevia packet to be added. This isn’t a lot of fluid, about 2.5 ounces to be exact. (35 cal)
  9. Iced Cold Foam Cappuccino add Cinnamon Dolce Sprinkles (60 cal) *Contains dairy
  10. Tall Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato sub regular Cinnamon Dolce syrup for sugar free syrup,  no Caramel drizzle, extra Cinnamon Dolce sprinkles. (90 cal)
